The short versionUstekinumab (used for psoriatic arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease) may be continued in pregnancy if needed to control your disease. It has somewhat more reassuring data than some newer biologics and is considered compatible with breastfeeding.
- Ustekinumab is often continued when psoriatic disease and bowel disease overlap.
