ESSPRI: track your symptoms

The EULAR Sjogren's Syndrome Patient Reported Index (ESSPRI) is a short, three-question tool that captures how dryness, fatigue, and pain have affected you over the last two weeks. Complete it, save your result to track it over time, and print it to bring to your rheumatology appointment.

iAnswer each question based on how you have felt over the last 2 weeks, not just today. There are no right or wrong answers. This tool runs entirely in your browser: nothing you enter is saved to a server or sent anywhere. Saving a result stores it only in this browser, on this device.

About the scale. ESSPRI does not have a single target or "normal" score. It is designed to be tracked over time: what matters most is the change in your own score from one reading to the next.

How the score is calculated

ESSPRI = the mean (average) of the 3 item scores: dryness, fatigue, and pain, each rated 0 (no symptom) to 10 (maximal imaginable symptom).
